Details Please read to learn about the new helpdesk login

If you are an existing customer there is NO Need to create a NEW account in our new Helpdesk.

Please use your Fantasos(R)' username & password in order to login. If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it at http://www.use-sell.com/2

If you would like to email our support team please use support AT turbohelpdesk.com (replace AT with @)

You can use our helpdesk for billing issues.
Technical help is offered to active subscribers of the support service offered by the corresponding product.

If you would like to report a bug then please make sure to provide us with your cPanel, FTP codes and any other information you can, so we could replicate the error. Without any help from you, we can do nothing.

If you have a question related to the USE of our products please DO NOT use the helpdesk. Use our forums instead at http://www.TurboCommunity.com

Lastly, if you feel that your service is not the one promised by John Delavera, you can use John's Turbo Red Button at http://www.TurboRedButton.com - you are advised to have already exhausted the proper help funnels though before hitting the red button.
