Q:I just installed Win 7 64 bit and the rebrander will not run.

A:One MUST have Net Framework 1.1 installed

After you install the net framework 1.1 DL from Microsoft.
With Win 7 it is NOT installed - a newer version IS installed but the rebrander
will NOT work unless 1.1 is installed.
